The Southeastern Football Officials Association, Inc. (SEFOA), is a non-profit organization established to assign its members as officials and to promote the game of football at the middle school and high school levels throughout the “Southside” of the Hampton Roads area. The SEFOA is a member of the Virginia High School League (VHSL), headquartered in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Although our members receive a fee for their services, our main purpose is the training of football officials in the application of the rules of the game as set forth by the governing bodies, including the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS), headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. |
